Your Mission 

As CFO, you will join our Senior Leadership Team to support our rapid growth plans. You will be responsible for the strategic financial planning that will provide the foundation for profitable growth. You will be a role model in the business, setting a standard to aspire towards, supporting others and getting the very best out of our boxxers. You will bring fresh thinking, challenge and innovative ideas to all areas of boxxe.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture

As boxxe’s CFO, you will work collaboratively with the leadership team to assess and model both short-term and long-term growth plans and forecasts. You will take the lead on boxxe’s financing efforts, ensuring the business maintains an optimised capital structure. You will play a key part in both defining, implementing and communicating our strategy for growth. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the financial operation, developing strategic and purposeful financial plans, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to grow the business.
  • Develop, operate, and continuously improve the internal system of financial management, analysis, KPIs and accounting controls to ensure economical monitoring of financial performance.
  • Bringing financial information to life for all boxxers by simplifying complex data and relating it to the big picture.
  • Establish control policies, guidelines, cost savings and procedures to optimise all financial activities throughout the business.
  • Provide financial leadership across the business, effectively communicating and presenting critical financial matters when required both internally and externally.  
  • Enhance and improve internal controls, standards, processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead, create and promote a culture of high performance and continuous learning across the finance teams. 

What experience we think you’ll need

  • Qualified Accountant, ideally with experience in a PLC/ LLP to enhance the greater regulatory, reporting, governance and audit standards required.
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Operations in a Senior Leadership role previously in a fast-growing technology environment, ideally as a CFO or Finance Director.
  • Experience in a private equity-owned business is preferred.
  • Previously built best-in-class finance operations, including teams, systems and processes in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience in identifying business opportunities, monitoring and analysing the competitive landscape with successful experience in M&A.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit drive and determination to succeed in our fast-paced environment, with a track record of operating autonomously and succeeding in the face of change.
  • Experience managing, cultivating and guiding high-performance teams through change.
  • You will be excited and passionate about boxxe’s mission and purpose, demonstrating a clear alignment to our values.
