Defence Sales Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a forward-thinking Defence Sales Co-Ordinator to support our Defence and National Security Sales Teams. As a Coordinator you will be a great team player with a real people focus and passion for quality customer experience.
This role requires you to be in the office 3 days per week.
Your Mission
Joining an established and successful team, your primary focus will be to support the Defence and National Security sales team in developing and enhancing customer relationships. You will play a key part in building an excellent customer experience through varied duties and have responsibility in maintaining bespoke processes and procedures. You will be a representative of boxxe, with exceptional communication skills, great attention to detail and an extremely organised team player.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with your aligned sales team to manage new and existing customers, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.
- Manage the MOD code creation and catalogue upload processes
- Provide export/COC forms on request from customers
- Manage the Exostar order process and distribution of orders to sales members
- Proactively handling and responding to correspondence including phone calls and emails on behalf of the wider Sales team.
- Ensure that customer information is kept up to date on the CRM system in collaboration with the Sales Team
- Additional administration functions to support the overall customer experience
What experience we think you’ll need
- Ability to work in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
- Evidence of working under pressure with attention to detail
- Great people person with an enthusiasm for working with others
- You’ll be proactive with a real thirst for knowledge and development
- Computer literate with an understanding and passion for new technology and tools
- Professional in all forms of communication
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced working environment
- Previous experience working with Defence and/or National Security Customers is desirable but not essential
- Experience working in a Sales environment, understanding the lifecycle of sales and how you can support the wider team
