Senior Technical Support Manager – Service Desk

I joined boxxe back when it was SBL over 9 years ago... How time fly's...

What a transformation it has been over the years, In my Role of Senior Technical Account Manager i look after the Senior Support Engineers who support our Customer base on a Daily basis.

In the office you will find me constantly engaging with other boxxers in the business to support both them and the Technical Services Team.

Outside of Work i am always active with projects or getting out with my Partner and our Miniature Daschund Reggie.
