Procurement Lead – Procurement


Hi, I'm Alex :)

I joined the Boxxe family in May 2021 as a Senior Buyer but as of Jan 2023 have been the teams Procurement Lead. I joined with previous experience as a buyer in the IT industry which really allowed me to hit the ground running.

As a member of the procurement team we are directly responsible for researching, selecting and purchasing quality products based on price/stock levels whilst building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales.

I love working for such a fun and dynamic department with the best colleagues I could ask for. Every day is different and I am constantly being challenged in new and exciting ways. 

Outside of work I am a keen traveller, having spent 2 1/2 years living outside of the UK and am a total live music nut - I have attended 10 music festivals and more gigs than I could count!
